Welcome to Inspired Sounds, your destination for Guitar tuition and Audio Production. My name is Ben Wright. I offer comprehensive and award winning Guitar lessons in Newburgh, Cupar, Fife. Bass Lessons & Ukulele lessons in Newburgh, Cupar, Fife. Also Guitar, Bass and Ukulele lessons in Perth and surrounding areas and towns.
Based in Newburgh, Cupar, Fife, Music lessons take place within a relaxed and friendly studio environment.
For those further afield, online lessons are also available via Zoom, allowing us to connect with students worldwide.
We cater to all levels of musicians, from complete beginners taking their first steps to experienced players looking to refine their skills. All ages are welcome!
Our lessons cover Electric or Acoustic Guitar to Grade 8 and beyond, Bass guitar to Grade 6, and Ukulele to Grade 8.
With our private tuition, you'll receive personalised guidance to help you achieve your musical goals.
Lessons are tailored to suit individual needs, so if grades aren't your thing, I can help you to play along with your favourite songs, rhythm playing, improvisation, fingertsyle, look at songwriting and theory, or get you ready to join or start a band.

Meet Ben Wright
Ben offers comprehensive and award winning lessons in guitar, bass, ukulele, and music theory, drawing on over 30 years of teaching experience, and 40 years experience playing and performing. He serves Newburgh, Cupar, Fife, Perth and the surrounding areas (like Bridge of Earn, Abernethy etc), and also provides online lessons worldwide via Zoom. Ben is a registered Teacher and member of the Musicians' Union (1021511), Registry of Guitar Tutors (BW2021), London College of Music , Rock School London, Trinity College London (Professional musical bodies, contemporary music organisations/examining houses), as well as various music agencies such as musicteacher.com and is a full member of Disclosure Scotland's PVG scheme, ensuring professional, safe and high-quality instruction.

Audio Production
We love both recording and playing music, and we're happy to offer our studio space and equipment to any aspiring singers, musicians, or bands looking to lay down tracks. Our flexible project studio setup features 16 live input channels, with overdubbing up to 32 tracks and beyond. A wide range of microphones - including full drum kit mics - is available.

We're on hand to help with recording, mixing and engineering, whether it's a simple demo or a full composition. Many of our students have taken advantage of this opportunity while learning their instrument.

Never recorded before? No problem! We can help you sing and record your favourite karaoke song, create a backing track, and even offer more vocal tips. It's a lot of fun, come give it a try.
